Kirston lives in Pahoa, Hawai’i, where she teaches gentle and restorative yoga on land and Stand-Up Paddleboards, integrating breathwork, meditation, and chanting. She also offers virtual healing classes using holistic methods to balance mind, body, and spirit.
A passionate gardener for over 10 years, Kirston strives for sustainable living in Hawaii. She became an ordained minister in 2020.
Her journey into holistic healing began after struggling with severe illness, which conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. Through yoga, self-study, holistic courses, and guidance from holistic doctors, she transformed her health. Yoga became her sanctuary during difficult times, leading her to fully embody and share its healing power.
With 10 years of practice, Kirston finds joy in teaching self-awareness, unconditional love, and compassion. She is honored to offer healing with tenderness, kindness, and understanding—one heart at a time.

As an instructor, it’s a joy introducing newcomers to both paddle boarding and yoga, offering a fresh perspective on restorative yoga practices. For $111 per person, equipment is provided, or opt for $55 if you bring your own board (BYOB). Classes are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 10:30 - 12 noon.
